Telliscope, offered by E-Pulse, LLC, provides entrepreneurs, investors, and resource partners with real-time information to grow businesses and expand economies. Telliscope is deeply committed to protecting the privacy of all of our user's personal information.

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to information, including personal information, that Telliscope collects about you, and it describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Information We Collect

Information About You. When you establish an account with Telliscope, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information, such as your first and last name, address, phone number, and profile photo. You can also establish an account to use Telliscope by logging in through a social media site. If you do so, we may collect certain personal information through the social media site, such as your name, profile picture, and email address. We also may receive other information about you from third parties in order to verify your identity.

Information About Your Company or Organization. When you establish an account with Telliscope, you can register your company or organization, including its name, address, and other information.

Information About Your Device and Browser. When you browse our website, we also may collect certain electronic information, such as your browser type, computer's IP address or mobile phone's MAC address.

Content You Provide. We collect the content and other information you provide when using our services, for example when you post or respond to an announcement or event.

How We Collect Information

As mentioned above, we collect information when you provide it to us. We may also collect personal information from social networking sites if choose to login through such sites.

We also may use cookies (i.e., a small piece of code kept in your device's memory for record-keeping purposes) or similar mechanisms to better understand how you and others use our website and for analytics purposes. Some browsers have incorporated "Do Not Track" features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the website or online service that a user visits, indicating that the user does not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to those signals. Profile Information. Telliscope enables entrepreneurs, policy makers, and investors to connect and share information with each other. We make this possible by sharing or disclosing your profile information to other Telliscope users. This information may include your name, contact information, and profile photo, as well as information about your company or organization. While your personal information may be available to other Telliscope users, it is not otherwise publicly shared. We may, however, share at our discretion information about your company and organization for other purposes.

Service Providers. We may use certain third parties and contractors ("Service Providers") to assist us in providing and maintaining the services. We may allow these Service Providers access to your personal information, subject to confidentiality agreements consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Analytics. We utilize third-party analytics services that collect information about how visitors our sites. We use the information we receive from such third parties to improve our services and website.

Additional Disclosures. We also may disclose personal information about you with your permission, as required by law, or as necessary to protect our service and property.

How You Can Change or Remove Information

You can update the personal information you provide to us at any time. You also can delete your account if you no longer wish to use our service. Please note that deleting your account will make your information unavailable to other users; we may, however, maintain information about your account on our services.

Telliscope is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 18. If you become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has shared personally identifiable information with us, please advise us immediately.

Business Transfers

We may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some of all of our assets, including personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Our users sometimes may post links to third-party websites, such as the website of their company.
